Hampton Inn & Suites Outer Banks/ Corolla

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Corolla was incredible. The beachfront location is stunning, and room 318 was a true gem. I initially had issues with my first room due to water on the ceiling and a mold smell, but Helen handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with such kindness that it greatly improved my experience. She also provided thoughtful local recommendations and consistently greeted guests with warmth. I also appreciated the breakfast attendant with glasses—despite speaking little English, she was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made mornings brighter. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness and care made my stay exceptional, and I can’t wait to return.

We loved the service: Maria at the front desk was friendly and went above and beyond in helping us (fantastic), Stephen as well and very polite, Gloria in breakfast serving also went above and beyond with great attention to details plus keeping things very clean and fresh food. They all made a difference! Lobby is so pretty and functional for ordering delivery and eating it there. The Jacuzzi was very clean and amazing every night! Nice outside space but weather was too cold. The location with beach on property was great. Very close to Wild Horses Adventure Tours (Hummer Tours)! Great location and great views from 3rd floor. We will recommend to others and will go back!

It was a quick trip to find the horses on the beach. Room was clean. Very accommodating for us having our dog. Breakfast was crazy. People kept filling up large travel mugs and draining the coffee. Not to the fault of the hotel. Not a fan of our room being right above the vents which make a lot of racket at 5 in the morning.

My husband and I stayed at Hilton's Hampton Inn and Suites in Corolla, NC on the Outer Banks this weekend to celebrate his birthday with a little get away trip. Our room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and the beach was close by. We even went to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, which was a few miles down the road. We enjoyed shopping at the Super Wings store and eating pizza from Pizzazz Pizza in Corolla.

We stayed for two nights. The location was good and there was ample space for walking our dogs. The desk person wasn’t…welcoming, but every other member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and we had a microwave and mini fridge which was great. We will stay there again.

Wonderful team members and great locations. They make delicious fresh cookies. Staff are super nice and helpful especially Jami, Adam, Shawn and Karen. Although the rooms might be a bit dated but if you’re on a budget, highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our 4th year visiting Corolla for our Wedding Anniversary since we got married there. We stayed here the second night of our trip and absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful, well kept hotel. Our room was clean and had such a fresh smell to it. The hot breakfast was wonderful, as well as the never ending supply of coffee (the way to my heart). Check in/check out process was awesome using the Hilton app. We never even had to go to the front desk. I also loved that the staff texts you after check in to make sure everything is ok with your room so far. The grounds were clean and the views were amazing. We will definitely be staying here again! Great stay for couples or families with children. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. The location is perfect for exploring Corolla, and the staff went out of their way to offer local tips and ensure our stay was seamless. I can’t praise Hampton Inn & Suites enough for their outstanding service and pet-friendly vibe—highly recommend for a fantastic Outer Banks getaway!
